We arrived at Starbucks approximately 11:20am after we settled down of course we bought our Starbucks too (since now having tumbler promotion) . I would like to elaborate bit about how my assignment will be done.. After I consulted my lecturer who also is my tutor Mr. Stephen Ong he gave me an idea on how to carry out my research (thanks lot for his guidance).. 

Basically, my research will be carried out by take 15 minutes video each section (recording using my mobile phone) ,  I need a total of 10 videos for different time slots so I decided to do 5 videos capturing on non promotional day and 5 videos on promotional day. I had done 5 videos capture during my first visit on 18 June 2013 (Non promotional day). Today I'm going to continue with another 5 videos. After I had completed my 10 videos I will be able to make my observation through the videos. P/s: Will upload my videos soon...Feel free to have a look ^__^

My time slots are as below : 

18 June 2013 (Non promotional day) 

- 2pm - 2:15pm

- 3pm - 3:15pm

- 4pm - 4:15pm

- 5pm - 5:15pm

- 6pm - 6:15pm

21 June 2013 (Promotional day) 

- 2pm - 2:15pm

- 3pm - 3:15pm

- 4pm - 4:15pm
